A turnkey contract agrees that a single contractor will see a construction project through to its completion, providing a sole point of contact for all requirements. This eliminates messy handovers between a design company and a construction company, where information may be lost or misconstrued. Turnkey contractors work the whole way through the project to provide a complete facility that is ready for operation.
Does turnkey include appliances?
An Airedale Group turnkey design and build contract includes the installation of all your commercial catering equipment. Depending on the requirements of your project, your contract can even include the fabrication of bespoke equipment and appliances through Caterform.
Airedale operates a “whole of the market” approach to its supply chain, with strong commercial relationships with all major catering equipment manufacturers.
Does turnkey include maintenance?
Once your kitchen is up and running, Airedale’s maintenance contracts can help you to keep it that way. We offer planned preventative maintenance, in which our specialist engineers visit your site at scheduled intervals to carry out routine maintenance procedures and checks on your equipment.
We also provide reactive maintenance in the event of equipment breakdown, malfunction, or damage. You can simply request one of our trained engineers, and we’ll send you the specialist best suited to the task.
