Leisure Resorts is an inspirational client that has a growing portfolio of quality Holiday Home and Lodge parks all set in and around the stunning Yorkshire Dales and Lake District.

Available either to hire or to purchase, the Lodges and Parks in general offer a modern, high-end twist on a traditional format, with the emphasis on quality and connecting with the breathtaking countryside this area of England offers.  The connection to their natural environment is evident, with Ullswater having a large veranda that overlooks that park’s lake, which was a former quarry.

Our brief was to deliver the Parks’ central Restaurant/Bars, which become the focal point for the Parks’ entertainment.    Working closely with the operator client from the onset enabled our team to design and specify identical commercial kitchens, with a focus on producing the freshly prepared food quickly.   As such, both sites are fine examples of us delivering production kitchens in a small footprint, with the ever-popular Rational Self Cooking combination ovens more than proving their worth.

We were again able to utilise our in-house manufacturing expertise, further enhancing the strong sustainable ethos that is apparent across their whole portfolio.
