We like nothing better than working tirelessly with like-minded clients to help realise their own ambitions.  None more so than for Jon Smith Subs, which allowed us to showcase our turnkey capabilities to the max’.   Supported by one of the largest Franchise Groups in the World, Jon Smith Subs have confirmed plans in place to expand globally including Australia, Colombia, Panama and in Europe, Portugal and the UK.   This site, which as the first image illustrates was a derelict, unloved former shop, met all of the stringent criteria set by John Smith Subs’ backers, located as it is on the main shopping street in Hammersmith West London, close to many offices and leisure facilities, ensuring a continuous footfall.

Over a period of 6 weeks no fewer than 5 of our divisions worked collaboratively on this commercial kitchen design project, to transform this site into a vibrant, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). Our (Airedale) Building Services division played an integral role, completing all of the works that end in “ing” (painting, decorating, cladding etc) whilst coordinating the whole project.  Having such a service in-house benefits our clients who would otherwise have to engage with multiple sub-contractors, deal with a minefield of quotes and suffer from a disjointed project delivery programme.
