The Mike Armer Memorial Challenge 2020

Last June a hugely respected and much loved colleague of ours Mike Armer sadly lost his brave battle with Cancer.   Known throughout the commercial catering industry, both on the distributor and manufacturer/supplier side, we here at Airedale wanted to do something in his memory and raise funds for charity whilst doing so.

The Mike Armer Memorial Challenge will take the route of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks route.   Set amongst the breathtaking but harsh Yorkshire Dales in an area much loved by Mike and his family, a group of us from Airedale and Mike’s close relatives will be tackling this 25 mile Challenge and raise money to Pendleside Hospice.  This was the Hospice that looked after Mike and continues to support his family.   Like any Hospice, Pendleside relies heavily on donations from the public.
