Aaliyah Dayil is a Project Manager at Airedale Group, specialising in the delivery and implementation of commercial kitchen projects from the point they move from design into build. With a background in interior architecture and commercial kitchen design, Aaliyah brings an understanding of both the design intent behind a project and the practical considerations involved in delivering it successfully on site. Her experience includes managing complex new-build and refurbishment projects for leading hospitality operators, including high street names like Dishoom. Aaliyah works across the installation and build phase, coordinating project teams, contractors, equipment and site activity to help ensure kitchens are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the agreed design and programme. She contributes to Airedale content on commercial kitchen project management, installation and build, refurbishment projects, site coordination and the practical challenges involved in turning a kitchen design into an operational environment.
