Job Title: Payroll & Expenses Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Expenses Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of processing expenses and payroll while supporting employees with any related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain payroll records, including adjustments, deductions, and benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new expenses system.
- Collaborate with HR and Management regarding any queries.
- Processing overtime, on-call and absence ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
- Month end analysis and reporting.
Experience Required:
- Working towards a recognised Payroll/Accounting/Tax qualification.
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll / accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
