National Account Manager

Job Summary: Working on our largest account, this is a key role within our Pub retail team, overseeing multiple sites for our client across East Anglia to North London. The successful candidate will have a background in the commercial catering equipment sector, demonstrating both excellent project management and client management skills. This role will have responsibility of producing proposals, and providing estimations and quotes for the customer, so experience in these areas is key.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the design, supply, and installation quotations for Commercial catering equipment.
  • Arrange regular update meetings with the client and develop solid working relationships.
  • Create detailed proposals and quotations for the client.
  • Hold accountability for project spend, ensuring this is kept within agreed budget.
  • Manage lead times, working with the wider team to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
  • Work collectively with the team to ensure both department and personal KPI’s are achieved.
  • Proactively identify and propose ideas that will improve internal operations and increase productivity.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Project management experience within the Commercial Catering Sector.
  • Proven success in developing key customer relationships.
  • Experience in estimating/quote creation.
  • Flexible with frequent travel to customer sites.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced business and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and ability to work as team player.
  • Previous career experience within a Design/Draughtsman role, would be highly beneficial.

 

Location: Field Based / Hybrid (East Anglia to North London)
