
Job Title: Group Executive Operations Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Group Executive Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will bridge business operations and data analytics to drive strategic decision-making both within the team and in the wider business, improve operational efficiency and provide insights through data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations, a strong affinity with data, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and has strong technical skills in data modelling and visualisation.
You will be working as part of a team that directly serves the board and the leaders in the business and as such you will attend high level meetings and help to advise on and action operational initiatives, ensure teams and businesses are aligned, provide support to the various brands as an when required and work to ensure the successful operation of the business by whatever means are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various internal and external sources. These will then be fed into the rest of the team for action or passed directly to the board.
- A key part of this role is to translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Analyse operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement as they are highlighted by the business leaders.
- Partner with business units to develop KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance and progress.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting business case analysis and forecasting when required.
- Work with our in-house data team to develop automated reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic business choices.
- Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Act as a liaison between operations, finance, and technology teams to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and decision-support tools.
Experience Required:
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a business/data analytics role.
- A demonstrable understanding of business operations with relevant experience.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with data visualization, business process mapping, and performance measurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- A background in the catering industry would be highly advantageous but this is not essential.
- Experience in process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in an ERP or CRM environment (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
