We love a challenge at The Airedale Group and designing and installing 19 kitchens across 4 floors in a central London location is certainly one of them. Working in perfect harmony with the hotel developers and key supply partners including Halton and in particular MKN, we successfully overcame these challenges to deliver one of the largest hotel projects installed in recent years. Particular highlights are the Banquet Kitchen that can serve up to 2700 covers in one sitting and the beautifully appointed On View Restaurant, which features a marble servery counter with granite top.
