Installing a brand new commercial kitchen in a room that still has its original, medieval beams was just one of the main challenges our talented team at Airedale Catering Equipment successfully overcame, forming an on-going close relationship with all of the catering team at New College. Other key challenges included the design and installation of a new utensils rack dishwasher on the first floor with just 80mm of clearance!
Our installation extended to encompass all the other areas of the College including the busy servery and even more popular Student’s Bar, for which the original cellar forms part of the facilities.
