We have a long and proud history of working within the constraints of Heritage sites, including Grade II Listed Buildings such as the stunning Somerset House in Halifax.   Projects in which we play an integral role in restoring and breathing new life into our country’s many beautiful buildings are always very special.   None more so than working with the team behind Alibi, who were determined to offer both the locals in Halifax and the wider community a fresh, multi-purpose destination venue.

We collectively worked closely other numerous months to ensure that the final project was both in keeping with the stunning surroundings yet delivered this fresh, innovative bar-restaurant.   We were able to draw upon our in-house expertise to design bespoke ventilation canopies and fabrication as well as exclusive partnerships with leading commercial catering manufacturers to specify the small, second floor production kitchen perfectly, so it can cater for the varied and high quality food Alibi offers throughout the day.

Downstairs extensive remodelling had to take place, with a considerable amount of time focusing on designing the two bars and installing the lift that is used to transport the food from the kitchen.

Our service extended to working closely with the Executive Head Chef to specify and supply a bespoke start-up sundry/light equipment package, including the beautiful Terra Tableware range of crockery. 

The end result is a project delivers on all fronts, a view shared by the positive reviews left by the many customers who have flocked to Alibi since it opened last month.
