We are also most pleased with the equipment selection, in most cases Hobart was the preferred supplier and that gives comfort to know that we have the expertise and backup from this well respected company. We are also in the process of the design and eventual install of new catering facilities to Rookery Hall, Rhinefield house and Norton House, these 3 projects will complete this year and will no doubt benefit from your involvement.

The staff will also agree that there has been a noticeable improvement in workflow since upgrading the kitchen and bar; it's functioning better than ever.
