The Airedale Group has a proven track record that spans 20 years in the food service industry. As such we have established close relationships with all the major manufacturers throughout the UK, Europe and the United States. This allows us to carefully select from the widest range of equipment possible, to ensure that we can deliver the optimum quality, durability and, above all, value for money to all our customers.
Every client we meet has a different requirement, whether it's light duty back bar equipment, modular medium or heavy duty equipment or stand-alone convection and combinations ovens. We can tailor a package to suit your needs and will call upon our suppliers such as Falcon, Electrolux, Rational, Hobart and Garland, to help to deliver the right solution. We also have experience of specialist cooking equipment such as conveyor ovens, high pressure steamers, bespoke cooking suites and even wood burning pizza ovens.
From the smallest undercounter refrigerator to the largest purpose built walk-in coldroom, refrigerated display counters to blast chillers and freezers you can be sure that we have the right product to suit your needs. Increasingly, with a focus on "green" issues, we can offer a broadening choice of environmentally friendly refrigeration which is CFC free and using hydrocarbon gases - some of which now qualify you for Government grant aid. As part of our commitment to these issues, we ensure that only the most efficient products sourced from suppliers such as Foster, Williams, Gram and Electrolux are used.
Where traditionally much preparation has been done by hand, there are many labour saving machines that not only save time but increase yield and profits. From a simple potato peeler or mixer, to more sophisticated vegetable preparation machines with a vast choice of blades for very specialist applications - allow us to recommend something ideally suited to your operations. We use specialist manufacturers including Hobart, Electrolux, Robot Coupe and Metcalfe, who all have proven track records in producing reliable and robust pieces of equipment.
Whether you operate the smallest pub restaurant or the very largest staff catering operation and are washing up for 50 or 5000 diners you can be confident we have the right machine for you. A fundamental part of an efficient wash-up operation is careful planning where ancillary items like sorting and clearing tables, waste management and storage areas must be considered. Here at Airedale, we will ensure these features are introduced into the overall design employing the professional services of our suppliers Hobart, Electrolux, IMC and Winterhalter.
Almost unique within the industry, we have our own stainless steel fabrication division Caterform, to manufacture benches, sinks, wall shelves and other "bespoke" products which allows us to make best use of valuable floorspace. We also work in conjunction with our suppliers EAIS, Craven and Metro to supply a wide range of racking for use in dry stores, coldrooms and other areas.
