Tony has been in the industry for many years - too long some may say and has worked for manufacturers, contract catering companies and distributors. These include Gram, IMC, Gardener Merchant, Lockharts, Carford Group Ltd to name a few so his experience is unrivalled.

Tony is now working with Airedale Catering as a regional sales manager with specific expertise in the Fine Dining sector. Tony has worked with many prestigious customers these include Conran Restaurants Ltd(D&D London) the award winning Plateau and the recently completed Custom House in Denmark, Café Rouge and many leading independent fine dining restaurants ( La Petite Maison, Arbutus Paramount Private Members Club @ Centre Point).

More recently he has worked on projects with Prescott & Conran Ltd which included The Boundary Hotel and Lutyens
