Profile:

Simon started his career in 1979 working for North West Electricity advising pubs and restaurants on design and efficiency. In 1983 he joined CDS as a salesman covering the North West and in 1985 became Sales Director - bringing in new clients like Greenalls, Yates Wine Lodges and Premier Lodge.

After running his own business Simon joined Airedale Catering in 2007 as Project Sales Manager. His grounding in energy efficiency with NORWEB is still of great value as he has recently worked on a project which allows a pub to benefit from heat recovery from catering equipment - which we think may be a first in the brewery sector
