Mark has worked within the Catering Equipment industry for 26 years, starting as a designer on the old drawing board and graduating to Project Sales Manager. After working with mainly food based equipment companies Mark joined Airedale Catering Equipment in September 2008. Mark has experience working in most of the market sectors and is currently focusing on Education, working with small primary schools up to full catering colleges. With an eye for design detail he is conscious of what assists making a commercial kitchen work.
