The Village Hotel and Leisure Club at Ashton Moss near Manchester was the first new template for this popular 120 bed hotel and leisure club which opened in March 2008.

Airedale Catering fitted two kitchens serving the Verve Restaurant, as well the Victory Pub and Hub Conference Centre which is also supported by a 240 plated banqueting service utilising Rational SCC ovens.

Following the success at Aston Moss we worked in partnership with Village Hotels to create a further four hotels in Leeds, Elstree, Solihull and Farnborough.
