Award winning kitchen for historic conference venue with innovative use of technology

Working closely with Executive Chef Robert Szewczyk - Airedale Catering designed and installed a new kitchen in this historic conference venue which is located in Windsor Great Park.

The centrepiece of the kitchen is a Charvet bespoke island suite with indiction hobs, vortex gas burners, twin pan fryer, tilting bratt pan and elevated salamander grill. Due to limited access the suite was built in three sections and transported to site then welded in-situ to provide a hygenic one-piece top.

Alongside the suite there are two Convotherm electric combi ovens, Digitron wireless temperature monitoring system and a stainless steel ventilated ceiling to avoid the need for opressive fixed canopies in a room with low ceilings.

The kitchen was judged Best Large Kitchen in the CEDA Grand Prix Awards 2009
