Yo Yo's Cafe Bar and Restaurant

Impressed by the quality of craftsmanship at Airedale Catering; the proprietors at Yo Yo’s Café Bar and Restaurant knew immediately that they would call on the company’s expertise.

The restaurant’s owner, Simon Dunn had some quite specific ideas about the kitchen's overall design and Airedale Catering Ltd worked in collaboration with him to introduce alternative solutions that would improve the general flow and productivity. For example; the team incorporated a centre island for cooking into the design.

Airedale Catering also employed the bespoke services of Caterform to build purpose made units, including a Service Distribution Unit designed to house the supply of gas, electricity and water.
An extraction system was installed in line with guidelines set out in the DW172 code of good practices for ventilation systems within commercial kitchens.

Airedale Catering worked closely with the client throughout the entire project and he was present to oversee the installation; which was successfully completed in time and on budget.
