The Client, one of the country’s leading universities approached the Airedale Group with a view to designing and installing a new restaurant for the School of Nursing on the campus.

This complete catering package, with kitchen, servery, dishwashing and storage facilities provided Airedale Catering with the opportunity to showcase their innovative approach to design and functionality; incorporating features such as a large glazed wall and granite worktops to provide a strong visual impact.

No detail was overlooked with the installation of both kitchen ventilation and fire suppression systems. We used Hobart, one of our established suppliers to provide most of the catering equipment.

The successful collaboration between Airedale Catering and the Client was such that we are now embarking on their next project this summer.
