It was the long established association between Airedale Catering and supplier Electrolux that ultimately secured the contract to provide the catering equipment to the college.

Airedale Catering embarked upon a unique venture that would take the client’s senior staff to the suppliers manufacturing premises in Italy where they would be able to view the full range of all the proposed equipment.

The party was split into teams; each responsible for equipment approval and finite planning for each of their respective catering facilities; including five production & training kitchens, stores and restaurant servery.

The trip was a great success resulting in total approval of the scheme design and content.The completed project was handed over in accordance with the main contractors programme, on time, snag free, exceeding clients expectations and to their full satisfaction.

Airedale were pleased to act as a sponsor to the college by supplying several domestic oven ranges for use in the Community Training Kitchen.

The success of the scheme established Airedale Catering as a company that the college could rely upon. It therefore came as no surprise that their service support company, ATS were successful in securing a service maintenance contract.
