Airedale Catering was approached by their prestigious clients, DeVere Hotels in November 2006, looking for a solution to a front of house problem to coincide with a lavish restaurant refurbishment for their Dunston Hall Hotel in Norwich.
Airedale Catering designed and installed a new servery area for both hot and cold cuisine. This successfully managed the queues associated with carvery operations by creating three adaptable service areas along with a striking central theatre section. The result was a stunning yet highly practical food service solution.
